The Gentle Power of Water

Concepts and Principles

Concepts are the essential understanding upon which the Technique is founded. They represent the mission statement that pervade all the movements and exercises in a Jahara® session.

5 Elements

Principles are the physical tools that materialize concepts. A concept is an idea, a principle is an action. Principles are more specific than concepts, and each applies to a more restrict number of movements.
